The word Yoga means “to unite” or “yolk”. Yoga as a physical practice is performed to prepare the body for sitting and the mind for mediation by integrating the mind, body, and breath. It enables the practitioner to form his thoughts into whatever it is that he desires to create in his life. Manifest Yoga is based on the concept that thoughts become things — consistently envisioning life exactly as we want it to be, even if our present circumstances do not reflect this picture. Once a detailed picture has been established the practitioner transitions from the feeling of desire into a state of accepting that his vision is reality, setting into motion the laws of attraction. The mind-body-breath integration allows the practitioner a clearer understanding of and deeper connection to Source while inducing a personal experience of contentment and well-being.
